THE STUDIO

Beginning in mid-January 2026, The Studio will welcome Sushi Master Chef Eiji Ichimura for a multi-month residency. Set at our intimate tasting counter, this two-hour omakase experience highlights Chef Ichimura’s precise approach to sushi, prepared in front of guests. 

The menu features a progression of courses centered on seafood, complemented by dishes from Chef Humm and our culinary team. To accompany the experience, Wine Director Adam Waddell has curated an exquisite selection of sake, while Beverage Director Sebastian Tollius has assembled an impeccable offering of Japanese whisky. Cocktails and the full list from Eleven Madison Park wine will also be available to order.
